  • Mandatory Arrival Card (For Everyone) ⚠️: Regardless of your nationality or passport type, all incoming travelers must complete the official electronic arrival card within 3 days before landing via the All Indonesia Arrival Portal:

  • EU Passport Holders 🇪🇺:
    You will also need a Visa on Arrival (VoA) to enter Indonesia. We highly recommend pre-registering online via the official Directorate General of Immigration eVisa Portal:
    ➡️ https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
    The cost is 25 USD per visa.

  • HK & PH Passport Holders 🇭🇰/🇵🇭:
    You do not need a tourist visa for stays under 30 days. You only need to submit the arrival card mentioned above.
